On a monthly basis I receive a petition/chain letter/ warning that turns out to be fake. Each time, I reply to the sender with a link that addresses the note that they've sent, courtesy of Snopes.
During a particularly boring lunch break this week, I began sorting through Snopes' Top 25 Urban Legends, and came across Brian Peppers. Dude....WTF.
Another case of aliens trying to communicate to humans but us mistaking his peace jester for a human smaking someone else across the cheek with lewd body parts.

I checked into this and found that he is registered and the address does exist. I have talked with the County Clerks office in Ohio and obtained a transcript of the trial.. He pleaded no contest to the charge of Gross Sexual Imposition. the victim was an undisclosed age mentally retarded child under the age of 13. by his own word there was no actual contact other than an attempt to get the child to have sexual relations with him. So yes he may have some congenital genetic disease that disfigured him.. Yes, he may be a convicted sex offender.. but his offense is the attempt of forcing a child to commit a sex act with him. this is pretty sick.. but its not as bad as some others in which they completed their acts.. In ending leave the man alone.. its bad enough he couldnt get sex because of his deformity.. now he cant get any because its a condition of his continuing probation!

Why dont you leave him the hell alone man, why dont you try being in his shoes and have BILLIONS on people on the web making fun of you for the rest of your life. EVEN before he has commited the act of Imposing gross sexual acts. He was made fun of as a kid and was picked on every day of his life. i agree with joe AKA Virus_Elite you should leave him alone. what if you had a child like Mr.Peppers and think of what he went through. he is a human being capable of thought and emotions, however deformed he might be. nobody deserves what he has been through just for what he has done and his appearence. he didn't kill anybody. if he wants to kill himself, that is his dicision, not mine or yours. disfiguremnet is never a reason for someone not to be alive. i mean, come on, this is 2006 A.D!!! the days of throwing handicapped babies over a cliff are over.
